9.2. Any motion to amend this Constitution and By-Laws must be received by the Local Secretary at least thirty (30) days prior to the Fall or Annual General Meeting. NONE RECEIVED
9.3. A Notice of Motion shall be communicated to the membership at least fourteen (14) days prior to that meeting. BUDGET ONLY
