An OCEOTA Members-only strike recommendation meeting will be held virtually on November 4th. We will answer all questions and present information to ensure all OCEOTA Members understand what is at stake.
OCEOTA will be holding a LOCAL STRIKE VOTE at the same time as ETFO Provincial. November 9th-18th will be the voting period for Members to send a message to the Province and the OCDSB.
A strong “YES” vote shows solidarity, gives our bargaining teams a clear mandate at both Local and Provincial tables. A strong strike mandate supports our goal of securing a fair Collective Agreement.
To strengthen our bargaining efforts, members must be united and demonstrate the collective strength of our profession across the province.
