Program for Exposure Incident Reporting (PEIR)
The Program for Exposure Incident Reporting (PEIR) is a voluntary program for employers and their employees to help when an exposure incident happens. This program lets you keep us informed about workplace exposure incidents. That means if you become ill in the future, they’ll be able to process your claim quicker.
Overview:
- You will need to register for an account (if you have not already done so)
- Report an incident by filling out (and save a copy of) an exposure incident report (all industries) (PDF 3958A) Or download here, WSIB Exposure Incident Reporting Form
- Then upload your exposure the form into the report.
