Retiring from OCDSB?
When a contract teacher is retiring from their teaching position, they will receive a retirement acknowledgment email from the Elementary HR advisor for their school. Within the body of this email is a link to a google form that they are to complete if they are interested in being placed onto the Occasional Teachers list following retirement.
The results of this form are screened by OCDSB who then conduct reference checks and approve retirees to the OT list over the Summer months for a September start.
