1. To self-nominate for a Member-at-Large position;
2. To put your name forward as a delegate to the ETFO Annual Meeting in August;
3. To elect executive and delegates to represent you;
4. To amend the Constitution;
5. To approve our Interim BudgetÂ
6. To win door prizes OR the $500 Member Engagement Award.
As per our Constitution Article IX:
9.1 The Constitution and By-Laws may be amended at the Annual General Meeting, or the Fall General Meeting, by the affirmative vote of two-thirds (66.6%) of the members present.
9.2 Any motion to amend this Constitution and By-Laws must be received by the Local Secretary at least thirty (30) days prior to the Fall or Annual General Meeting.
9.3 A Notice of Motion shall be communicated to the membership at least fourteen (14) days prior to that meeting.
