Dinner is provided (registration appreciated) for OT Members. We’ll be conducting Elections for 2025-27 term, voting on Constitutional Amendments, passing the 2025-26 Budget, receiving Committee reports and drawing Door Prizes.

President Job Terms (1.0 FTE release) and 1st Vice-President Job Terms (0.5 FTE release + JHSC days) complete the Released Officer Nomination Form (must be submitted by May 7th, 12 noon)
2nd Vice-President Job Terms and (5 total) Member-at-Large Job Terms complete the Non-released Nomination Form (submitted by May 19th, 12 noon OR from floor during AGM)
Annual Meeting Delegate description and AM meeting Delegate nomination Form (submitted by May 19th, 12 noon OR from floor during AGM)
Constitutional Amendments must be submitted to OCEOTA by April 21st, 2025
